The Role You’ll Play

ClassPass Corporate helps companies around the world provide employees with a flexible, engaging, and easy-to-use wellness solution.

As part of the Corporate Sales team, you’ll help grow this channel by developing new business opportunities and guiding prospective clients through the full sales cycle. You’ll build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, adapt your approach based on what you learn, and create solutions that benefit both ClassPass and its corporate clients.

  • Research, prospect, and qualify inbound and prospective medium to large corporate clients
  • Own and grow your pipeline using CRM systems, email, and other outreach tools
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, negotiation, and close
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders, including senior-level decision-makers
  • Develop and test thoughtful approaches for connecting with prospective clients, sharing successful strategies with the team
  • Forecast quarterly performance, track daily KPIs, and communicate pipeline progress to your manager
  • Use data and AI tools to support lead generation, pipeline progression, and informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support successful corporate launches and client experiences
Experience You Bring
  • 3+ years of B2B, full-cycle, revenue-based sales experience with a record of achieving strong results
  • Confidence engaging and building rapport with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management
  • Strong research, lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating professional networks and building relationships from the ground up
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize your time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Resilience when navigating objections or changing circumstances, along with openness to feedback and continued development
  • Experience using CRM systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, and related sales tools
  • Comfort using AI tools to support lead generation and pipeline progression, along with conducting consistent phone and email outreach
Work Environment and Travel Requirements
  • Travel to trade shows and team events as needed

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $58,350.00 - $77,800.00. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
