The Role You’ll Play
As an SMB Account Executive, you'll be a key driver of new revenue growth byowning a high-volume outbound sales motion across one of our specific targetmarkets. You’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and converting SMB prospectsthrough outbound calls, outbound site visit drop-ins, emails, texts, and socialplatforms — no warm leads. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from first contactto close, operating with speed and precision to hit monthly targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Execute high-volume, outbound cold calling, to single-location SMBs
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to closed deal—including
- prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure—within asub-30-day timeframe.
- Conducting face-to-face sales presentations on site at prospectivecustomers’ business locations
- Operate in a highly competitive wellness/fitness technology landscape,consistently positioning Mindbody’s advantages against alternativesolutions.
- Demonstrate agile sales execution: fast qualification, rapid objectionhandling, and brisk closing motion.
- Maintain strict daily/weekly KPIs (dials, meetings booked, demosdelivered, deals closed), leveraging CRM for real-time tracking.
- Exhibit relentless self-drive and organization: independently prioritizehigh-value outreach, manage time efficiently, and pipeline effectively.
- Develop tailored proposals swiftly and confidently differentiate youroffering in competitive sales scenarios.
- Stay informed on product updates, competitive moves, and marketdynamics—and use that knowledge to sharpen outreach and win rates.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, in a E2E, high volume closing roleDemonstrated success in sub-45-day sales cycles—quickly convertingoutbound outreach into closed deals. Provide specific metrics wherepossible.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and target-obsessed: thrives under pressure,with quantifiable track record of hitting/exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptionally organized—juggles multiple opportunities simultaneously;pipelines maintained rigorously.
- Comfortable with rejection and resilient—able to pivot quickly and staymotivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive presentationskills tailored to SMB audiences.
- Proficient with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
- Experience with SaaS and wellness/fitness technology preferred—butbeing strategic and fast is more critical.
- Familiarity with API, integrations, and cloud-based tools—valuable for positioning technical value propositions.
