The Role You’ll Play:

At the intersection of technology and global wellness, you’ll lead our international payments expansion. This role is about more than integrations and regulations—it’s about creating seamless, compliant experiences that empower businesses to grow and thrive across borders.• Define and lead our global payments expansion strategy, aligning PSP integrations, market priorities, and compliance milestones• Launch local payment methods and regional PSPs across key markets, owning the process from evaluation to go-live• Build expertise in complex regulatory frameworks (like PSD2, Verifactu, NF525, and e-Invoicing), ensuring we stay ahead of local requirements• Partner with Engineering to shape the global payments stack, from multi-PSP orchestration to routing logic and risk controls• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and GTM teams to streamline reconciliation, settlement, and cross-border payouts• Set success metrics for payment acceptance, reliability, and cost efficiency across markets• Represent Payments in global initiatives, championing international enablement across product and platform teams• Stay plugged into global payments trends, using competitive insights to inform product direction and decision-making

Experience You Bring:

• 8–10+ years of product management experience, with deep focus in global or cross-border payments• Proven track record of integrating PSPs and enabling local payment methods across multiple regions• Strong technical fluency—you speak API, understand payment flows, and can collaborate closely with Engineering• Deep knowledge of authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes, plus a solid grasp of merchant/PSP dynamics• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, PSD2, and regional invoicing mandates• Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for data—you're comfortable defining metrics and making decisions based on insight• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams• Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS or platform-based payments
