The Role You'll Play

• Serve as a connector between Cyber Security and the rest of the business, helping teams understand and apply security best practices across our vertical SaaS ecosystem
• Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to integrate security throughout development cycles and operational workflows
• Translate technical risks into clear, actionable insights for non-technical partners, helping teams make informed decisions
• Support remediation plans for identified risks by coordinating with Product Security, Cyber Defense, GRC, and Enterprise Systems teams
• Track, manage, and escalate security risks and exceptions as needed, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
• Support security assessments, audits, and control implementations to maintain compliance across relevant standards
• Help drive strategic security initiatives and measure progress against long-term goals
• Stay plugged into evolving trends, tools, and emerging threats in cybersecurity, especially those impacting SaaS and wellness tech

The Experience You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in information security or technical roles, ideally within SaaS or product development environments
• Familiarity with cloud security principles, secure SDLC practices, DevSecOps, and key frameworks like PCI DSS or HITRUST
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working cross-functionally to assess, advise on, or mitigate risk
• A self-starter mindset—comfortable managing day-to-day tasks independently while knowing when to seek input
• Curiosity for how different teams and systems work and a desire to continuously grow your security knowledge
• Passion for purpose-driven security work that protects user trust and enables innovation
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams

It is Playlist's intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Playlist's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $90,000 to $125,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
