The Role You'll Play
- Lead and develop a global team of Revenue Enablement Training Specialists by setting facilitation standards, coaching expectations, and SLAs, while implementing feedback loops to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of onboarding and readiness programs aligned with business goals.
- Own and evolve onboarding and ongoing readiness programs for revenue roles (AE, SDR, AM, etc.), defining program structure, timelines, milestones, success metrics (e.g. time-to-ramp, certification completion), and regional localization plans.
- Support in-person or in-field components of onboarding and readiness programs as needed; occasional travel required to observe delivery, support trainers, and align with regional stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to define onboarding and ramp readiness needs, align on performance expectations, and measure program outcomes across global teams.
- Track and report on program effectiveness using KPIs such as productivity ramp time, trainer NPS, and enablement adoption.
- Collect and synthesize feedback to continuously improve onboarding and readiness programs.
- Ensure localization and regional scalability of onboarding and readiness programs by coordinating with regional stakeholders to adapt content, delivery formats, and scheduling for market-specific needs.
- Leverage enablement platforms (e.g. LMS, Conversation Intelligence) to deliver, measure, and continuously optimize onboarding and readiness programs globally, with data-driven insights.
- Maintain governance and quality of onboarding content by collaborating with Program Managers and SMEs to ensure materials remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with product and messaging changes.
- Act as a key contributor to the overall enablement strategy, ensuring onboarding aligns with GTM priorities and supports long-term revenue growth.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM Program Management, with a strong focus on onboarding, ramp, or field readiness programs across sales teams (AE, SDR, CS, etc.).
- Proven success in managing and developing enablement teams (e.g., training specialists, facilitators), with clear experience setting performance expectations, coaching for excellence, and driving accountability to delivery standards and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable enablement programs by defining onboarding structures, timelines, success metrics, and regional localization approaches to support global teams.
- Experience operating with autonomy and strategic oversight, including defining team-level priorities, allocating resources, and making operational decisions that impact ramp outcomes, trainer utilization, and onboarding scalability.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Program Managers, building alignment on onboarding goals, sharing performance insights, and integrating feedback into continuous improvement cycles.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and solving complex, multi-stakeholder challenges; able to anticipate risks, uncover root causes, and design enablement solutions that balance quality, speed, and scalability.
- Skilled in enablement tooling and measurement across LMS, CI, and CRM platforms to drive scalable program delivery, learner engagement, and actionable insights, including hands-on experience leveraging AI to enhance coaching, insights, and program effectiveness.
- Adept at communicating across levels from trainers and ICs to senior leaders sharing clear updates, enablement impact metrics, and recommendations for program evolution or course correction.

The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $87,000 to $110,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
