The Role You’ll Play:
At ClassPass, we believe wellness should be accessible, motivating, and a little bit fun. That means showing up in the spaces where our members already are, and partnering with the people they trust to inspire them to try something new. As our Manager of Influencer Marketing, you'll own the strategy, development, and execution of influencer campaigns that bring our brand to life across channels, countries, and communities.
- Lead influencer strategy across brand, lifecycle, and paid campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition
- Optimize and scale existing programs by expanding networks and increasing engagement
- Source and manage creators from macro to micro who align with our brand values and diverse global audience, serving as their main point of contact
- Build relationships with talent agencies, creators, and social platforms to unlock new partnership opportunities
- Oversee campaign execution from creative brief through performance reporting, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social, paid media, PR, creative, and localization teams to amplify campaigns and measure success
- Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize partnerships and inform future strategy
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging platforms, and creator content best practices

Experience You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media with a background in fitness, wellness, or tech as a bonus
- A strong creative eye and sharp instinct for brand-aligned content that performs
- Comfort managing creative, operational, and analytical aspects of influencer programs
- Familiarity with influencer tools like Impact, CreatorIQ, Traackr, or similar platforms
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work independently with limited oversight
