About the OpportunityWe believe in making wellness more accessible, and design is central to achieving that mission. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join ClassPass, and help -lead the next chapter of product excellence across our platform.
This opportunity is ideal for an seasoned IC who thrives on turning complex systems into intuitive, elegant experiences. You bring a high bar for design craft, grounded in systems thinking and real-world impact. You’ve driven strategic initiatives before, and you’re just as comfortable zooming out to define vision as you are zooming in to sweat the details and ship.
This role reports directly to the Director of Product Design and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.
Who you are:- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems
- Strong in product thinking: form rigorous hypotheses, influence team understanding, and spot new opportunities.
- Research-forward: you initiate/lead the right studies and translate findings into clear, pragmatic decisions.
- Systems-minded craft: masterfully simplify complex problems; refine interactions/visuals; evolve patterns with strong rationale.
- Excellent collaborator & communicator who aligns stakeholders and keeps work moving without heavy supervision.
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, multi-state flows and systems; explore broadly, converge decisively, and raise the quality bar in production.
- Shape problem definition & success metrics with your PM/EM; make tradeoffs explicit and decide when to ship based on a shared definition of “good.”
- Drive discovery: initiate or lead research, synthesize quant/qual data, and translate insights into clear hypotheses, options, and bets.
- Own craft & systems: refine interaction and visual design to a high level of polish; evolve patterns and contribute to the design system.
- Partner through delivery: write approachable specs, evolve handoff/QA processes, and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Mentor & multiply: give incisive feedback, model great critiques, and help lift the team’s pace and standards.
- You’ll design products that help wellness professionals thrive and encourage more people to get off their screens and into meaningful real-life experiences
- You’ll own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass platform—shaping vision, flows, and shipped quality
- You’ll lead and contribute to discovery efforts (research, interviews, data synthesis) to uncover insights and opportunities that drive outcomes
- You’ll work with a team that is passionate about design craft, our customers, and staying connected with each other
