About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our inbound and outbound sales teams. This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you’ll hire, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Specialists to consistently exceed revenue goals. You’ll partner with Marketing to ensure the inbound funnel is optimized and play a key role in building a high-performing outbound sales function.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the sales organization, influence team culture, and help drive the success of every lead and opportunity—all from the flexibility of a remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, manage, and scale a fully remote team of inbound and outbound Sales Specialists, ensuring they hit individual and team targets.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow, ensure smooth handoff, and improve conversion rates.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, creating clear career paths and growth plans.
  • Build and execute strategies for a high-performing outbound sales function, including territory planning, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, discovery, demos, and closing, providing real-time feedback to maximize performance—all in a remote environment.
  • Forecast team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health, opportunities, and results.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on goals, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture, celebrating wins and continuously improving processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience leading sales teams, ideally in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven success in building and scaling outbound sales teams.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales functions.
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent, especially in a remote environment.
  • Ability to partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing a fully remote sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales enablement tools.
  • Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or health technology.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Shape the outbound sales function from the ground up.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing remote sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Fully remote – work from anywhere in Australia while leading a motivated, results-driven team.
  • Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company that values innovation and impact.
