The Role You’ll Play

As we continue to grow around the world, we’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, GTM & G&A who will shape how we attract and hire exceptional talent. You’ll lead a global recruiting team, partner with senior leaders, and use insights and data to build scalable, inclusive hiring strategies that fuel our growth. This is a fully remote position with no return to office.

• Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and design talent strategies that deliver results.
• Lead and develop a global team of full-cycle recruiters, empowering them to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring experience.
• Use data and analytics to uncover trends, measure success, and drive continuous improvement across hiring performance and efficiency.
• Build and share dashboards and insights that help leaders make informed decisions and shape long-term talent plans.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Finance to align workforce goals, budgets, and hiring roadmaps.
• Create scalable, consistent recruiting processes that balance speed with quality across regions.

Experience You Bring

• 8+ years in recruiting, with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep experience supporting both GTM and G&A functions in high-growth or global organizations.
• Proven success turning data into stories and strategies that influence leaders and drive action.
• Strong business acumen and confidence as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, or other data-driven platforms is a plus.
