The role you’ll play

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be the force that keeps things moving smoothly and strategically behind the scenes. You’ll partner with senior leaders to manage calendars, communications, and projects—anticipating needs, protecting priorities, and making space for high-impact work. You’ll bring structure, efficiency, and a human touch to everything from daily schedules to company-wide planning.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, optimizing for time, focus, and high-priority engagements
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, including agendas, decks, and follow-ups
  • Monitor, triage, and track high-priority communications to ensure timely responses and actions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, crafting seamless itineraries that align with strategic goals
  • Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and budgeting logistics with precision and compliance
  • Plan and execute internal meetings, team events, and offsites with a focus on detail, experience, and budget
  • Support recruiting logistics, including interview coordination and onboarding for new team members
  • Act as a strategic partner across departments, contributing to operational excellence and team alignment

The experience you bring

  • Strong background in executive support, project coordination, or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clarity and tone
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organized, with a natural talent for time management and prioritization
  • Skilled in tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Slack, and Coupa
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior executives is a plus
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and partnership

The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $75,000 - $100,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
