The Role You’ll Play
We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to drive our international expansion and global governance efforts. This role sits at the center of our growth strategy, overseeing the launch and maintenance of global entities and ensuring compliance across diverse jurisdictions. You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, HR, Accounting, and external business partners to navigate complex regulatory, financial, and human resources landscapes.
This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker who can balance detail with big-picture execution; someone who is energized by the challenge of building structure in complexity and driving impact through global-scale projects.
- Manage entity registrations, banking setup, KYC/UBO requests, annual insurance renewals, and other critical operational steps for new market entry and entity maintenance.
- Partner with external counsel and corporate service providers to ensure compliant execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison across Legal, Tax, HR, and Accounting teams.
- Build alignment across multiple stakeholders and levels of leadership, including the C-suite.
- Identify financial, legal, and HR-related risks tied to international expansion and existing global footprint.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Support strategic corporate governance and international compliance initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes that enable ongoing global growth.
- Drive key cross-border initiatives beyond expansion, ensuring alignment to broader business objectives.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones and accountability.
Experience You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a multinational or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating with external counsel and corporate service providers.
- Proficiency with Slack and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
