  • Champion User-Centric Product Development
    • Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to guide product direction.
    • Foster a deep understanding of the needs of enterprise fitness franchisors, their operators, and their members.
    • Partner with UX and research to ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.
  • Execution & Delivery Excellence

    • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
    • Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation across teams.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, ensuring they deliver measurable impact.
    • Promote a data-driven, outcome-oriented product culture.
    • Ensure the team follows best practices in product management and documentation, driving consistency and clarity across initiatives.
    • Encourage cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, payments, marketing, and customer success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 10+ years in product management, including at least 5 years leading product teams.
    • Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries.
    • Strong track record of applying value-vs-effort prioritization frameworks to maximize ROI.

    • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
    • Collaborative leader with a bias for action and the ability to influence without direct authority.
