Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the vision and roadmap for your functional area within the Studio Management System.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to align your roadmap with broader company objectives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact vs. effort, balancing quick wins with strategic investments.

Discovery & Requirements

  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Write clear, concise user stories with well-defined use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure requirements account for enterprise complexity, including multi-location, multi-brand, and hierarchical permissions.

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering and UX to deliver features from ideation through launch and post-release iteration.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for your area.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and quality, and iterate as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to gather feedback and communicate product updates.
  • Ensure documentation and release notes are accurate and accessible.
  • Support enablement efforts to help internal teams and customers adopt new functionality.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in enterprise or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Experience leading a functional product area from ideation to launch.
  • Strong skills in requirements definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with fitness/wellness industry software or membership/subscription management systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of payment processing, scheduling, or CRM features (preferred)
  • Experience working in a start-up or early-stage company (preferred)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise SaaS best practices (preferred)
Why Join Us
  • Shape the future of enterprise fitness software for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
  • Work in a high-growth, innovation-focused environment
  • Collaborate with talented teams across product, engineering, and design.
