  • Lead the global benefits strategy across the US, UK, Brazil, India, Australia, and other key markets, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations
  • Own the full lifecycle of US benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), FSAs, and wellness
  • Design and lead open enrollment and benefit launches globally, with clear, engaging communications and a strong employee experience
  • Oversee regional brokers and vendors to manage renewals, optimize plan design, and ensure consistent service delivery across geographies
  • Serve as subject matter expert on global leave programs, including LOA, parental leave, Workers’ Comp, and accommodations, ensuring compliance and equity
  • Tailor benefits programs to meet the needs of diverse, multistate, and global employee populations, partnering closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across markets and recommend strategic improvements that enhance experience, control cost, and support compliance
  • Drive integrated wellbeing initiatives that reflect our mission, support whole-person care, and scale across regions
  • Ensure adherence to US and international regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, and country-specific statutory requirements
  • Deliver actionable insights through global benefits data analysis, reporting, and cost modeling
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for employees, managers, and HR teams globally, ensuring smooth, empathetic, and effective support

Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-volume global benefits programs, including open enrollment, policy development, and benefits administration across global locations
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience with a demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and guide teams
  • Thorough knowledge of current corporate benefits trends, wellness programs, and best practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, ADA, GINA, EEOC, ERISA, OSHA, and COBRA
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in crafting and delivering benefits marketing materials, presentations, and employee resources
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • A proactive and confident leader with a passion for enhancing the employee experience
