The Role You’ll Play:
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant global payroll. From managing complex systems to mentoring team members, you’ll be a key connector across People & Culture, Finance, and Legal - ensuring our payroll operations run smoothly and strategically. This role is equal parts technical expertise and cross-functional partnership, with opportunities to drive process improvements, support audits, and scale payroll systems as we grow.
- Oversee full-cycle global payroll processing, ensuring compliance across multiple states and international locations
- Manage off-cycle and final payments with precision and full legal alignment
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and maintain accurate journal entries
- Lead internal audits and compliance efforts, including SOX and year-end reporting
- Serve as the point of contact for audit partners, delivering documentation and analysis with confidence
- Drive system improvements, upgrades, and testing initiatives in collaboration with IT and Finance
- Identify opportunities for automation, improved data accuracy, and streamlined payroll workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with P&C, Finance, and Legal to ensure policy and regulatory alignment
- Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
- Build and maintain payroll reports and dashboards to support business visibility and compliance
Experience You Bring:
- FPC or CPP certification with 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience (including multi-state and international payroll)
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Dayforce, NetSuite, and EOR solutions (e.g. Deel, Vistra, Remote, Papaya)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with confidence in Word, Access, and internet-based tools
- Proven ability to manage payroll audits and compliance reporting (e.g. SOX, tax forms)
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of judgment and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams
- Self-starter who thrives in independent work and brings initiative to drive system and process enhancement

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $72,600 - $87,200. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
