The role you’ll play
- Turn inbound leads into impactful partnerships that drive growth for fitness and wellness businesses
- Qualify new prospects and guide them through a fast-paced, full-cycle sales process
- Hit and exceed daily KPIs and monthly targets with consistency and energy
- Leverage email, phone, CRM tools, and social platforms to keep your pipeline active and moving
- Customize pitches and proposals that highlight ClassPass’ value in creative, compelling ways
- Share feedback, wins, and learnings to refine team strategy and level up results
- Bring new ideas to the table—think bold, smart, and outside the box
- Champion exceptional experiences at every touchpoint while representing ClassPass with passion
Experience you bring
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from lead to close, in a high-volume environment
- Confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people and building trust fast
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks without dropping the ball
- Fluent in persuasive storytelling—through calls, emails, decks, or face-to-face
- Self-motivated and results-driven, always looking for ways to exceed goals
- Familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Salesloft and quick to adapt to new tools
- Energized by fast-paced days filled with outreach, follow-ups, and fresh opportunities
- A team player who shares knowledge generously and embraces feedback to grow
