Description:
We’re seeking a Director of Product and Test Engineering to lead the transition of our hardware platforms from validated prototypes to scalable, production-ready products. This role spans silicon (IVR) and. Secondarily an applicability of skill sets will be applied towards system-level hardware targeting next generational power solutions. You'll own the path from lab to fab—including qualification, manufacturability, integration, and deployment—and work cross-functionally to drive programs from early pilot to volume rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development and NPI lifecycle across both IVR and Power hardware platforms.
- Coordinate DFx, qualification, and test strategy for silicon and system-level builds.
- Build structured handoff processes from engineering to manufacturing: BOMs, specs, validation plans, and release documentation.
- Oversee early builds, customer samples, and production ramps across internal and external partners.
- Manage relationships with foundries, OSATs, board manufacturers, and contract manufacturers.
- Drive execution across manufacturing readiness, test infrastructure, and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure operational alignment with go-to-market, customer integration, and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in product development, hardware productization or manufacturing.
- Deep experience with both silicon (semiconductor) and system-level hardware.
- Proven track record of taking hardware from prototypes to volume production.
- Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs and driving product launches.
- Experience in semiconductor technology development, system integration, and technology scouting.
- Experience in prototyping, productization, and validation of semiconductor systems.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Expertise in scaling test infrastructure, supply chain coordination, and managing pilot to production ramp-ups.
- Strong leadership in building and scaling manufacturing readiness processes.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, GTM (go-to-market), and customer integration teams.
- Ability to lead and communicate across internal teams and external partners.

Salary Range: $200,000-$240,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors
