The Sales Director, an individual contributor role, will be responsible for executing new subscription sales with health systems.
Responsibilities
- Strategically prospect into Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers and other leaders within health systems
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and supply chain-led networks to implement Clarium's platform
- Formulate and execute account plans, working closely with customers to create roadmaps for the full deployment of Clarium and plan for future expansion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth while collaborating with Client Success to ensure client expansion
- Work cross functionally with product, support, marketing, to ensure the success of our customers and enable a cohesive customer experience.
- Influence Clarium’s product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Represent Clarium at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Provide rigorous reporting on all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to Clarium’s leadership within Hubspot. Strong cross departmental communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates have established relationships with Chief Supply Chain Officers, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers and other health system leaders.
- Experience selling SaaS, ideally SaaS with both platform and/or modular offerings
- Proven examples of managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex landscapes in Health systems
- A strong blend of executive presence with an 'execution focused' attitude
