Role Overview

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design of intuitive enterprise solutions that help healthcare providers ensure reliable access to critical medical supplies. You'll work directly with our product team to translate complex supply chain workflows into seamless user experiences that drive adoption and deliver measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end design process, from user research through validation and development handoff
• Conduct user research with supply chain professionals at major health systems to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
• Create intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization, analysis & workflow tools used in healthcare operations
• Design user flows and experiences that help healthcare providers quickly identify and respond to supply disruptions
• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products while meeting enterprise healthcare requirements
• Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
• Lead design reviews and present work to stakeholders including hospital executives and clinical leaders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience, with proven success designing enterprise B2B applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process and outcomes
• Experience with data visualization and complex workflow design
• Expertise in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools
• Excellence in user research, interaction design, and visual design
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for healthcare or supply chain applications

Knowledge of accessibility standards and enterprise UI patterns

Experience working with design systems and component libraries

Understanding of agile development processes

Educational background in Design, HCI, or related field
