Sales Lead (Líder de Vendas) - Cuiabá (Remote)
What you'll do
We're looking for a Sales Lead to spearhead our growth in Cuiabá. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding Clara's footprint by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to revolutionize spend management for companies across Latin America.
Primary Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Clara's client base in Cuiabá, specifically targeting the Agribusiness sector.

Leverage Local Network: Use your existing relationships and deep understanding of Cuiabá's business ecosystem—especially among decision-makers in finance, operations, and procurement—to open doors and generate qualified leads.

Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals via Hubspot, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and conversions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and implement improvements as needed.
Who you are

Must haves:

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth sales or business development roles.

Deep knowledge of the Agribusiness value chain and a strong, relevant network of finance leaders within this sector in Mato Grosso.

Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows using N8N or similar platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven role-specific execution track record.

Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a high degree of ownership.
Nice to haves:

Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn it.

Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, Metabase, or SQL.

Experience in the financial industry or SaaS sales.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
