What you'll do
We’re building a talent pipeline for top-tier Senior Frontend Engineers who are eager to shape the future of user-facing experiences at Clara. If you're passionate about frontend architecture, modern React development, and seamless user interactions—and would like to be considered for future openings—this is the place to start.
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and help build and evolve our financial transaction management platform. You will work on a suite of microfrontend applications that power corporate expense tracking, compliance, and auditing workflows for multi-national organizations
- Build and maintain microfrontend applications within a federated architecture using Module Federation and Rsbuild/Rspack, ensuring seamless integration with the host container application.
- Develop complex financial workflows including transaction detail views, multi-level approval flows, receipt processing pipelines, and bulk action interfaces.
- Design and implement state management solutions using custom store patterns, React Query for server state, and URL-synchronized search/filter engines — no Redux required; we favor lightweight, purpose-built patterns.
- Work across a TypeScript monorepo (pnpm workspaces) containing a main React application and shared core packages (API client, selectors, receipt processing engine, search logic).
- Build real-time features using WebSockets (STOMP/SockJS) for live transaction updates and optimistic UI patterns.
- Contribute to the internal component library and design system built on top of MUI v5 and Emotion, ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate on code quality through ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode, SonarCloud analysis, and thorough PR reviews.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
