As the Account Executive for Clara Combustible , you will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and evolution of the product in Mexico. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, sales, and product strategy, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams (product, sales, operations, and marketing) to establish our solution in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Clara Combustible in Mexico, ensuring its growth among companies that manage fleets.
- Develop the customer pipeline, identifying strategic opportunities and leading direct sales, while also working with the commercial team to drive product adoption.
- Serve as the product expert, providing key feedback to product and tech teams to enhance Clara Combustible based on customer experience.
- Act as a fleet consultant for existing clients, ensuring proper product implementation and usage without directly managing accounts (strategic CSM role).
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key companies in the fuel and mobility industry.
- Be the industry expert within Clara, sharing market insights, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor the competition, analyzing strategies and advantages of similar products in the market.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in the fuel payment and fleet management industry (ideally in companies like Up Sí Vale, Edenred, OXXO Gas, Shell Card, TotalEnergies, or similar).
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial roles, product strategy, or business development within fintech, payments, fleet, or fuel industries.
- Deep knowledge of the corporate fleet ecosystem, including market pain points and opportunities.
- Ability to drive direct sales and support the commercial team in closing deals.
- Strategic and consultative mindset, with experience in Go-To-Market strategies and B2B product growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
