We are looking for someone who will:

  • Working with the global marketing and product teams, define the first strategy for Product Marketing at Clara that enables the customer adoption flywheel.
  • Create messaging and positioning materials that align our product set with customer needs and differentiate us from other solutions in the market.
  • Drive product initiatives using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers. Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ in advocating for product innovation.
  • Help sales trainers build and deliver relevant sales enablement content that enhances the sales team in all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to compose white papers, eBooks, and other product/technical content that is used in the marketing funnel.
  • Own and manage launches of new features/products and establish launch strategies and metrics across teams to drive execution.
  • Manage the overall customer communication strategy (from a product perspective) and ensure it aligns with other customer-facing initiatives like loyalty and upsell programs.

Our requirements are:

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience
  • Great communication skills with an ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders in different countries (Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia)
  • Proven experience as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience in creating and executing highly detailed go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales and product management.
  • A portfolio of highly impactful content that they are proud to share.
  • Thrived in a data-driven organization where impact is measured in terms of customer acquisition/adoption/retention.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented profile.
  • Hands-on and autonomous professional, who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Business Fluency in English; desired business proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian).
