Job Description:

The Manager, Market Operations Support leads strategic initiatives supporting the Operations Excellence priority roadmap within an assigned market or region. The Market Operations Support function drives execution of the Market Operating Plans, Medical Savings Plan and the strategic partner to Market leadership in business execution. This role drives standardization of operations across Markets (by direction of Operations Excellence org), fostering a culture of excellence within markets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Critical Operations

  • System config Product solutions (e.g. WoW, IOS, future Pop Health Tools)

  • Acts as the interface from markets for select portions (e.g. up-front requirements + user acceptance testing) of Compliance, Audit, and Client Reporting activities

  • Task management + clean-up

  • Member management collab with central Member Management function (e.g. adds, terms, reenroll, mem mgt issues, Mem Mgt<>Market meetings)

  • Empanelment + Panel Management

Quality

  • Ensures adoption and use of tools/processes from Central Quality

  • Maintains a MOS quality champion; includes MOS Quality Committee participation and related efforts

  • Creates Market content for Market<>Quality Monthly meetings and present

  • Supports Market-specific Quality forums - here

  • Champions and/or supports market-driven Quality activities that are not supported by Central Quality

BOI

  • Curates prioritized lists for IHA vendors, Markets, and OS using BOI information

  • Coordinates with aligned OS contact re: OS lists

  • Coordinates with BOI re: chase lists for IHA vendors and provide updates as membership changes

MSP Programs

  • Collaborates with Market Leaders on strategic approach to achieve annual MSP programs targets + associated performance management and remediation plans (as the support, not lead, of these efforts)

  • Continues to lean in on select programs - Care Pathways and TOC.

  • Liaises with central leaders of MSP programs to ensure adoption of best practices in-market.

Implementations / Partner Engagement

  • Provides last mile support (workflow and P&P) for new product and partner launches

  • Continues to lead process for Market Top-Ups in partnership with Member Management

  • Responsible for JOC prep and response to related Partner requests as needed

  • Supports new market implementations as needed

Strategic Initiatives

  • Conducts strategic initiatives at the direction of Market Leadership

  • Other tasks as defined.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare provider setting (health system, hospital, physician practice), value-based operations (ACO, CIN, PHO, or similar organization), insurance or managed care function, healthcare management consulting or related experience

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:

$97,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual
