As the Global Head of Market Development for Financial Institutions, you will lead Circle’s strategy and execution for institutional engagement with the global banking ecosystem. You will drive how we position Circle’s infrastructure to regulated financial institutions, enabling them to adopt and integrate our solutions for payments, liquidity, and settlement. Through deep market expertise and trusted relationships, you will establish scalable models that align commercial, regulatory, and operational goals — advancing Circle’s role as a trusted infrastructure partner to the global banking community.
What you'll work on:
Define and execute Circle’s go-to-market strategy for institutional adoption of its infrastructure.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with G-SIBs, regional banks, and financial networks.
Develop scalable frameworks, messaging, and enablement programs that accelerate institutional onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Policy, and Legal to ensure commercial and regulatory alignment.
Deliver executive education initiatives to deepen institutional understanding of digital asset infrastructure.
Surface and synthesize institutional insights to inform strategy, product development, and execution.
Advance Circle’s position as a regulatory-aligned and commercially credible partner in the banking ecosystem.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
15+ years of experience in global banking, fintech, or institutional partnerships.
Deep experience engaging with G-SIBs, correspondent banks, and financial networks.
Strong understanding of liquidity, settlement, treasury, and financial market infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead C-suite and board-level discussions and drive measurable outcomes.
Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including storytelling and narrative building.
Preferred Requirements:
Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 infrastructure.
Track record of scaling go-to-market functions in regulated industries.
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD) or equivalent executive education experience.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
