What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for an exceptional team member to join the Developer Marketing team and drive developer relations for the Americas region within the organization. You will oversee the developer advocacy efforts to drive engagement so that all developers can learn and build with Circle products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to create content, lead workshops, and speak at meetups to inspire builders both curious and native, in the Web3 space. As an advocate, you will also support developers to ensure a streamlined platform experience and provide valuable insights to internal teams for ongoing enhancements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in representing Circle at industry events, fostering relationships, and increasing visibility in the developer ecosystem.

What you'll work on:

  • Being an active and authentic participant in Web3 communities wherever they gather and be "the face" of Circle as the person developers come to when they need help.
  • Creating compelling content that educates and guides all developers to be able to start their application build faster with Circle tools and services.
  • Executing strategic developer growth and engagement strategies that directly contribute to Circle’s GTM objectives
  • Attending, speaking, and presenting at crypto and blockchain conferences targeted to developers and builders
  • Championing customer needs in the rapidly changing crypto and blockchain problem space
  • Collaborating with ecosystem partners to amplify the transparency and trust of Circle to developers

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or related role, ideally in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with specific strength in elegantly communicating technically complicated topics
  • Ownership mentality; you are the sole owner of your vision and initiatives and will do what is required to ensure success
  • Strong hands-on development experience. You have no problem rolling up your sleeves and building a demo if that’s what’s needed
  • Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time without sacrificing quality/nuance
  • Ability to travel up to 30%+ of time across multiple countries

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500

Annual Bonus Target: 15%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
