About the Role:
The Account Executive is a key individual contributor in Chief’s sales division and will be responsible for sales efforts for our corporate partners. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized with a proven track record in B2B sales. At large, the Account Executive will be responsible for 1) achieving quarterly goals for corporate B2B memberships 2) driving strategic improvements to the sales funnel 3) driving insights for improvements to messaging, positioning, and corporate sponsor/member experience.
You should be confident in managing complex partnership sales and comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment. Our Enterprise team thrives on creative thinking, adaptability, and teamwork.
This role may also flex into Sr. Enterprise Relationship Manager (RM) responsibilities as needed—supporting renewals, upsells, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term success for our partners.
Responsibilities:
Delivering executive presentations to corporate sponsors about the value of Chief membership for their executive team
Nurturing prospects through the sales process with substantial follow-up and urgency
Managing a large pipeline with lengthy deal cycles
Sourcing qualified outbound leads
Planning and executing retargeting campaigns
Understanding the business needs in detail and aligning those needs with appropriate Chief solutions to proactively drive new and growth opportunities
Develop and pose recommendations based on learnings & data to senior leadership
Ability to travel for conferences, in person meetings, and Chief events
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B sales, partner or client-facing role & interest in relationship-based sales
History of exceeding quotas and confidence to perform and achieve commission incentives
Ability to communicate, present, and influence, in both verbal and written capacities
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large pipeline
Exceptional time management practices
Proactive self-starter comfortable working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced or undefined environment
Passion for the company’s mission, positioning, and brand
Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent software is a plus

The base salary for this role is: $130,000 + Commission
Chief participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
