Chamber Cardio – Better care for all of our hearts.
About Chamber
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we’re rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for every patient.
Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and that by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel Chamber’s provider growth engine. You’ll be the first point of contact for cardiology practices, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential partners so our Account Executives can focus on closing high-value deals.
This is a high-activity role that blends creativity with persistence. You’ll generate leads through multiple channels — outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and micro-marketing experiments — and you’ll be measured on the quality and conversion of opportunities you create.
If you thrive in an environment where hustle, curiosity, and disciplined execution drive results, this is your opportunity to help reshape cardiology at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
Research, identify, and qualify cardiology practices and health system opportunities that align with Chamber’s provider strategy.
Execute high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social channels — connecting with decision-makers and securing introductory meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
Use data and creative tactics to test, learn, and refine lead-generation strategies.
Market & Messaging Innovation
Develop micro-campaigns and targeted outreach sequences tailored to provider segments.
Partner with Marketing to experiment with localized content, referral pathways, and event-based outreach.
Share insights from the frontlines — what’s resonating, what’s changing — to inform Chamber’s go-to-market strategy.
Collaboration & Sales Alignment
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand-offs and consistent follow-up.
Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and forecast updates.
Support team initiatives to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal velocity.
What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days
Master Chamber’s mission, value proposition, and provider engagement process.
Build a consistent outreach cadence and achieve daily activity targets.
Generate your first set of qualified leads and booked meetings with cardiology practices.
Develop one creative outreach campaign that drives measurable engagement.
Demonstrate CRM discipline and a data-driven approach to lead management.
Requirements
2–5+ years in sales development, business development, or lead generation — ideally in healthcare or B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to drive high outbound activity and deliver qualified opportunities to quota-carrying sellers.
Excellent communication and research skills; comfortable engaging physicians, administrators, and executives.
Creativity in sourcing and campaign execution — willing to test unconventional approaches.
Fearless with the phone and persistent in follow-through.
Organized, data-driven, and motivated by measurable progress.
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and making systems work better for physicians and patients.
