About Chalk

Instead of relying on dated technologies like Spark, we built Chalk from the ground up to provide a best-in-class experience for our users – the experience we’ve always dreamed of. Chalk makes it simple to integrate new features, backtest changes, and deliver real-time machine learning and generative AI.

Chalk's infrastructure is not just about powering decisions; it's about empowering developers. We deeply understand the pain points and workflows that make machine learning challenging, and Chalk was built to ease that pain.

  • Other flex as needed!

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a PMM or growth marketing role (1-2 years in a start-up environment preferred)
  • Both left and right brain - you are as comfortable working with a brand campaign as you are testing a new pricing strategy
  • History of strategic and creative GTM tactics - you are constantly experimenting and iterating on channels, messaging, and tactics
  • Exceptional writing in both long and short form - you are telling Chalk’s story to the world
  • A desire to be customer facing - work closely with developer advocacy to build community and content programs that excite engineers and evangelists
  • Impeccable organizational skills with fine attention to detail
  • Collaborative attitude with strong cross-functional skills - you are as comfortable organizing an event as you are measuring the effectiveness of an ad campaign
  • A kaizen approach - by the time you ship you are already thinking through the next iteration
  • Scrappiness in helping design and operating our GTM tech stack (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, Clay, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier Institution
