As a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter, your impact will be felt across the organization as you build high-performing teams of Account Executives and other commercial talent, fueling Chainguard’s rapid growth and ability to secure the future of open source.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders, shape the candidate experience, and help define “great” for GTM hiring at a company obsessed with both speed and excellence.

What you'll do
- Source, attract, and hire top-performing go-to-market talent (with a focus on Account Executives) for high-impact roles.
- Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers to define role profiles, clarify engagement strategies, and build world-class teams.
- Proactively develop and maintain talent pipelines—always staying two steps ahead of growth needs.
- Deliver a high-touch, rapid candidate experience that earns rave reviews from candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for scalable recruiting in a hyper-growth startup.
What we're looking for
- Proven success recruiting for Account Executive (AE) roles in a technical startup setting.
- Direct experience partnering with senior business leaders or founders to define and fill mission-critical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design, evolve, and implement scalable recruiting processes in entrepreneurial environments.
- A bias for action—comfortable executing quickly, adapting to change, and thriving on rapid learning loops.
- A natural relationship builder with strong business acumen and a collaborative, inclusive mindset; AI-enthusiasts and creative problem solvers are especially welcome.
