About the role:
- You are a strategic, relationship-driven executive responsible for building and scaling Certify’s most influential partnerships. This includes consulting firms, system integrators, data partners, platform partners, and potential new business frontiers that expand our reach and accelerate product adoption. You will lead a partner ecosystem that positions Certify as the category leader in provider data infrastructure space.
- Your primary focus will be on creating partnerships that shape the future of provider data management by aligning Certify with the largest and most credible firms in the market. This includes building alliances with global consulting firms such as Accenture and Deloitte, establishing technical and data collaborations with partners like Availity and CAQH, and identifying new partnership opportunities across the healthcare and technology landscape. You will also manage resale and co-sell partnerships that drive scalable, repeatable revenue aligned with Certify’s strategic objectives and product portfolio
- This role requires a builder who can operate with executive presence, communicate with clarity, and influence at the C-suite level. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, executing at speed, and working cross-functionally to ensure every partnership produces measurable value for Certify and our customers. This individual will develop meaningful relationships with partners that change the face of the industry, drive meaningful results for our partners, and encourage both Certify and our partner to foster the relationship.
What you’ll do:
- Drive category-defining strategic partnerships
- Develop Certify’s partnership strategy across consulting firms, system integrators, data networks, channel partners, new markets, and technology leaders. This includes but isn’t limited to industry leaders such as Accenture, Deloitte, GCP, Availity, CAQH, Sutherland, Cognizant, and LexisNexis that expand Certify’s influence across the healthcare data ecosystem.
- Lead the evaluation and negotiation of joint solutions, integrations, and commercial motions with partners that deepen Certify’s presence in provider data management.
- Shape co-development opportunities where Certify’s data infrastructure becomes the foundation for partner workflows and enterprise solutions.
- Build and execute a resale and co-sell motion
- Design a repeatable program for resale, co-sell, and referral agreements that accelerate Certify’s revenue growth.
- Partner with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to create joint GTM plans, success criteria, and accountability models.
- Train partners on the value of Certify’s platform and equip them with the tools and storylines that convert enterprise prospects.
- Strengthen Certify’s enterprise relationships through executive engagement
- Meet regularly with executives at health plans, TPAs, and health systems to understand pain points and align partnership opportunities to their priorities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships that position Certify as a strategic partner in driving impact through the Certify ProviderHub and Data Intelligence layer.
- Influence internal strategy and drive cross-functional execution
- Work with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Customer Success leaders to evaluate partner needs, shape joint solutions, and operationalize partner success.
- Provide market intelligence on emerging trends, competitor partnerships, and industry dynamics to inform Certify’s strategic roadmap.
- Ensure each partnership has clear KPIs, governance, and operational rigor, with measurable impact on revenue and customer value.
What Success Looks Like:
- Certify becomes a preferred implementation partner for at least one global consulting firm within the first year.
- Accenture, Deloitte, or equivalent partners begin bringing Certify into enterprise RFPs or strategic transformation discussions.
- At least two strategic data or workflow partners sign multi-year agreements that expand functionality built on Certify’s provider data infrastructure.
- A formal partner program is launched with clear tiers, enablement paths, revenue motions, and shared success metrics.
- Co-sell or resale partnerships generate a meaningful portion of pipeline by year one, with a growing share of closed revenue by year two.
- Partners consistently cite Certify as the category leader for provider data infrastructure based on accuracy, compliance, and ease of integration.
- Internal teams report strong alignment, clear communication, and predictable collaboration driven by the Partnerships function.
- Certify’s brand, influence, and credibility expand across the healthcare ecosystem as a direct result of partnership presence.
- Key Performance Indicators such as pipeline, CARR, and NPS are within in agreed upon standards.
What you’ll need:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or consulting roles within healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or healthcare data infrastructure.
- A strong track record of building partnerships with large consulting firms, system integrators, or data networks.
- Proven experience in structuring complex commercial agreements and managing multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions with clarity and credibility.
- A deep understanding of provider data, healthcare operations, or enterprise data technology is strongly preferred.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, resourcefulness, and cross-functional leadership are essential.
- Strong analytical judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable partnership plans.
- A builder mindset with the operational capability to take a partnership from concept to measurable commercial impact.
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to represent Certify externally with presence and confidence.
