About the role:
As an Staff Engineer for one of our application teams, you’ll work with a team of talented developers and contribute hands-on to our provider data management platform and suite of products that directly impact the success of our customers. If you are an experienced people manager looking to own a critical piece of the business then this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Own the core applications facing our end users and internal stakeholders for our credentialing and monitoring system
- Oversee the monitoring/alerting of our highly available systems
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience building full stack SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of delivering high quality enterprise SaaS platform in a high stakes environment
- Proven track record of leading your teams to deliver on time with an ability to account for an overcome unknowns and uncertainty
- Experience delivering great experiences with modern UI and UX given limited guidance
- Experience building and delivering APIs for SaaS platforms
- Experience delivering SaaS applications that scale and perform with low latency and high throughput
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of unit and integration testing as a part of your software development processes (CI/CD)
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with a microservices architecture
- Developed in environments with large amounts of data
- Experience with healthcare data and/or working with PII
- Performed testing of the code you delivered to ensure it is of high quality
