About the Role
Healthcare organizations rely on accurate provider data for millions of transactions daily, from helping members find in-network providers to managing billions in claims payments based on provider network data. To address this, Certify is on a mission to build the data infrastructure that will power the next generation of provider technology, making healthcare more efficient. A critical element of that data infrastructure is the means by which we collect and manage information directly from healthcare providers.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of the direct-to-provider experience at Certify. The Product Manager will expand and mature the infrastructure Certify uses to enable healthcare providers to manage their data, complete tasks, and interact seamlessly with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of product management within enterprise SaaS solutions, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a user-centric platform that transforms provider workflows and fosters collaboration.
Success in this role will require the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with our distributed engineering teams and comfort working with low-code and traditional development stacks.
What you will do
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Provider Portal, focusing on usability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize features that enable providers to manage their data and streamline interactions with stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery of features that meet user needs and business requirements. Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure the portal delivers an intuitive and efficient user interface that providers love to use. Incorporate user feedback and market trends into product decisions
- Oversee processes that ensure the accuracy, security, and usability of provider data within the platform. This includes managing integrations with APIs, file processing systems, and other data sources.
- Define and track product KPIs, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform prioritization, feature development, and iteration. Share roadmap progress and results with stakeholders regularly.
- Develop workflows and tools that enable providers to complete their tasks more efficiently, improving platform adoption and overall satisfaction
What are our must haves
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS platforms and consumer-facing solutions
- Proven expertise in building user interfaces that manage complex workflows while delivering a delightful user experience
- Experience working with data integrations, APIs, and structured/unstructured data sources
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for portals or web-based platforms
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with a focus on customer value and business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align cross-functional teams and present effectively to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead products from conception to delivery in a fast-paced, iterative environment
