About the Role
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help our product team scale effectively, deliver impactful data-driven solutions, and establish a robust product analytics infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating processes, managing complex projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decision-making, optimizing processes, and ensuring our products address customer needs through well-coordinated product management. In this role, you will refine our product operations model, drive process improvements, and ensure the effective use of data, customer feedback, and market research. You will collaborate with teams to streamline processes that enhance planning, decision-making, and prioritization while building systems to track product health and operational metrics. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to scale cross-functional practices, and a high level of emotional intelligence to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones. This role reports to the SVP of Product.

What you will do

  • Process & Practice Optimization: Establish consistent cross-functional frameworks for product management, including feature evaluation, roadmap planning, and processes for product managers.
  • Product Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage the product operating model, ensuring effective touchpoints for planning, customer feedback, idea management, voice-of-customer sessions, and release guidelines.
  • Data & Insight Enablement: Collaborate with product leaders to define, collect, and analyze product health metrics, supporting strategic decision-making, OKR development, and progress tracking.
  • Product Analytics Infrastructure: Define processes for integrating product metrics into user stories, select appropriate analytics tools, and establish reporting infrastructure.
  • Customer & Market Research Facilitation: Lead initiatives to gather, synthesize, and apply customer insights, streamlining user and market research activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product, marketing, growth, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies, customer profiles, and market needs.
  • Tools and Framework Enablement: Identify and implement tools for roadmap management, idea management, and user research repositories to support efficient product development workflows.

What Are Our Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product operations, project management, or related roles with a focus on scaling product practices and improving team efficiency.
  • Strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs and initiatives.
  • Experience developing and scaling processes, frameworks, and tools that enhance product management team effectiveness.
  • Ability to lead initiatives that enhance decision-making capabilities and promote data-driven strategies within the organization.
  • Passion for solving complex problems, with a curious mindset and evidence-based storytelling approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage across teams and drive alignment, with the perseverance to see initiatives through organizational change and scaling.
