Who will value our unique fusion of industries and will collaborate, support and value others for the differences they bring.</span> </p> <p> <strong>About this role and the impact you will have:</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Service Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Cazoo, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The Senior Service Support Specialist will be responsible for s</span> <span style="font-weight:400;">upervisory support within the back-of-house operations, as well as proactively working with customers, colleagues, and external parties throughout the servicing and repair process, and ensuring all scheduled appointments are made in a timely manner and suited to our customer's needs.</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude and at heart with a data-driven mindset, sharing fresh ideas for how to apply best practices to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.</span> </p> <p> <strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Working proactively with customers, colleagues, and external parties throughout the servicing and repair process.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Supervisory support within the back-of-house operations</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ensuring all scheduled appointments are made in a timely manner and suited to our customer's needs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Actively supporting and continually improving efficiencies within the service department.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Efficiently ordering and logging consumables and parts, and processing returns.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Administering warranty claims.</span></li> </ul> <p> <strong>We’re looking for some with:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Vehicle diagnosis and repair knowledge across multiple brands and makes of vehicles.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Previous experience working in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with garage management systems.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Understanding of MOT test standards.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">A Full UK driving licence would be beneficial</span></li> </ul> <p> <strong>Benefits:</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Wherever you work at Cazoo, you’ll have what you need to be at your best.
