We are building India’s first AI-driven Finance & Accounting Company that transforms how businesses pay and get paid. CashFlo already processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices every month, across 300,000 MSMEs and 1200+ corporates.

CashFlo is setting up a Business Process Management (BPM) vertical targeting mid- and large corporates in India and Globally , and you will join our core team in the vertical as the first business development lead. Our leadership consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM / ICAI alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India) and General Catalyst ($30 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.). We share our lineage with HCS, a 25 year old investment bank and a registered NBFC. We are a team of passionate problem solvers and we’re building a technology company with a strong product innovation mindset.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale one or more core SaaS products at Cashflo. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and enterprise clients to define product strategy, translate business needs into product requirements, and deliver high-impact features.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building enterprise-grade fintech products, understands SaaS metrics, and can balance speed with compliance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

· Own the product roadmap aligned with Cashflo’s business goals and customer needs

· Define product vision, success metrics, and quarterly priorities

· Identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and revenue through product enhancements

Execution & Delivery

· Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

· Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features on time and with quality

· Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management

Customer & Stakeholder Management

· Gather insights from enterprise clients, banks, vendors, sales, and operations teams

· Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical and regulatory constraints

· Support pre-sales, demos, and enterprise onboarding with product expertise

Data & Optimization

· Track product performance using SaaS metrics (adoption, usage, drop-offs, SLAs)

· Use data and customer feedback to iterate and improve product outcomes

· Conduct UAT, post-release analysis, and continuous improvements

Compliance & Reliability

· Ensure products meet security, compliance, and fintech regulatory requirements

· Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams for smooth rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

· 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / Fintech / Enterprise product

· Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and agile development

· Experience writing clear PRDs and working with engineering teams

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments

Good to Have

· Experience in B2B fintech, payments, lending, or ERP integrations

· Exposure to APIs, workflows, and system integrations

· Understanding of financial products, cash management, or working capital

· Prior experience working with enterprise or banking clients
