About This Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, leading a team of 4-5 professionals and reporting directly to the marketing leader. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers for our corporate products through various channels, including digital marketing, events, PR, and social media.

What will a week look like in this role:
Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition for corporate products.
Lead the team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 marketing professionals. Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
Events: Plan and manage corporate events, including tradeshows, conferences, and webinars.
Public Relations: Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Driving ROI: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI ,and optimize strategies across channels.
Social Media & Content: Develop and manage social media strategies-create compelling content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

You’ll excel if you possess:
● An urgency towards getting things done,and delivering high quality while at it
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing.
● Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
● Experience in planning and executing events and PR strategies and measuring ROI.
● Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
● Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
