Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer and working in close collaboration with our Chief Medical Officer, you will partner cross functionally to help build and drive our GTM strategy and provide support in various initiatives. This position is available immediately and is (hybrid) based at the company’s office in Boston, Massachusetts.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with and support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer on various strategy and development initiatives in the areas of sales, marketing, product development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead in-depth research initiatives to support the go-to-market and product functions (e.g. lead discovery surveys).
  • Manage the go-to-market pipeline, including tracking follow ups, meeting preparation, and drive material generation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to drive the timely and successful completion of key business initiatives.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic projects and initiatives occurring simultaneously, and responsible for providing pipeline management, material development, analytical support, communication and leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics and insights that can help drive business decisions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making related to commercial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and partnerships to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and other key events.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field and 2+ years in a consulting or business analyst role
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Passion about helping people improve their health through in-home monitoring.
  • Excitement to partner with healthcare systems, health technology companies, and other key collaborators.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and skilled at researching partners, clinical standards and evidence
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management experience, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget
  • Advanced organization and planning skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
  • Demonstrated competency with implementing business processes and activity-based metrics involving leading success indicators
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results
  • Resilient in the face of competing demands and conflicts and demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry

Compensation:

Base salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Our compensation consists of base salary and equity as well as a generous benefits package.
