What you'll be doing:
- Own every conversation, turning leads into happy customers.
- Ask the right questions to uncover needs, capture key details, and build trust quickly.
- Stay on top of your pipeline with consistent follow-ups and keep the momentum moving.
- Tackle objections head-on- we’ll give you the tools, you bring the confidence and skill to close.
- Seal the deal, climb the leaderboard, and see your commission skyrocket!

- You're a sales pro in action with 12+ months of experience, ideally smashing it in phone-based or high-volume environments.
- Tech comes easy- you pick up new systems and processes in no time.
- Targets? Bring them on- you don’t just meet goals, you love beating them.
- Always leveling up- you’ve got a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and take feedback like a champ.
- Flexible and ready- you’re cool with a rotating roster and happy to jump in on weekends when needed.
