We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to keep our vehicles moving efficiently across sites, storage locations, and with our suppliers. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy making sure everything runs like clockwork, this role is perfect for you.

What you'll be doing:
- Own all vehicle movements across sites, storage, and suppliers.
- Plan, track, and execute daily movements - from production flow to parts runs and retail fuelling.
- Keep vehicles safe, stored correctly, and in the right place at the right time.
- Be the main contact for dealers, repairers, and transport partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to hit production targets and keep things flowing.
- Keep systems up to date with accurate vehicle and movement records.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and keep work areas organised and safe.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- Confident driving (manual & auto) with a clean NSW licence.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Motivated, reliable, and proactive — someone who takes ownership.
- Team player who supports a “win-as-one” environment.
