Are you ready to dive into the world of people, process and a whole lot of variety? We’re on the lookout for an organised, energetic and people-loving People Team Coordinator to join our growing People Experience crew at Carma!
This role is perfect for someone looking to build on their HR and talent foundations, get stuck into real hands-on work, and learn a tonne along the way. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR admin, onboarding and hiring support — welcoming new hires, juggling calendars, keeping our inbox in check, and making sure our people experience runs smoothly from start to finish. No two days are the same!

What you'll be doing:
- Be the friendly face that kicks off the Carma journey for our new starters — you'll own day one and everything that makes onboarding magic
- Keep us on track and organised — think contracts, compliance, shared inboxes and smooth coordination across the team
- Support our recruiters with scheduling interviews, greeting candidates and making the hiring process seamless
- Help with the offboarding process so that goodbyes are just as well managed as hellos
- Sit in on a range of people-focused conversations — from performance chats to exit interviews, you’ll see what real people ops looks like behind the scenes
- Spot ways to improve how we do things and help turn those ideas into action
Okay, let's talk about you:
You’ve ideally had a bit of experience or exposure to a HR or talent role, and used to juggling lots of admin!
You’re a natural organiser — whether it’s calendars, inboxes or a to-do list, you’re on top of it
You’re a clear, confident communicator who’s happy chatting with people at all levels
You’re curious, open-minded and up for learning about the full people experience lifecycle
You’re studying (or have studied) HR, business, psychology or something similar — or you’ve already worked in a similar space and loved it
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
Please note: This is a full time position based onsite in our HQ in Sydney.
