As a Social & Content Coordinator at Carma, you’ll be joining a creative, fast moving marketing team based out of our Alexandria HQ. Your mission? To help bring the Carma brand to life across all our digital channels from TikTok and Instagram to Facebook and LinkedIn. You’ll be part community manager, part content creator, part copy wizard and all-in on making our brand personality shine online.

What you'll be doing:
- Bringing our brand voice to life across socials – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Owning the day-to-day social flow- scheduling, posting, and jumping into the comments to keep the convo crackling
- Coming up with fresh content ideas that are clever, useful or just downright entertaining (ideally all three)
- Helping out with shoots, scripting, editing, and getting involved both behind and in front of the camera
- Be unapologetically chronically online, keeping tabs on the latest trends, memes, formats and sounds - you know, all the good stuff
- Loves to dive into performance metrics and dig out insights to inform future content
- Writing snappy blog content for our Street Smarts hub that’s as informative as it is fun to read
- Using SEO best practice to make sure the right people see what we’re posting
- Crafting digital, brand and social copy that feels unmistakably Carma
- Pitching in across the team when things get wild because we win as one
Okay, let's talk about you:
- You’ve got 2–3 years experience in Marketing, Social, Content, Journalism, Creative Writing or something equally creative and wordy
- You know what works where and how to tweak it for TikTok vs LinkedIn vs Instagram
- You’re a confident writer with a knack for turning the boring into brilliant
- You’ve dabbled in SEO or are dead keen to learn
- You love throwing around big, bold ideas and seeing them come to life
- You’re collaborative, proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves or jump on camera
- You’re handy with a phone and not scared of in-app video editing tools
