Just finished school and keen to kick-start your career working on cars? This is your chance to get hands-on experience with a paid apprenticeship at Carma! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Apprentice Spray Painter to join our awesome workshop team. No experience? No worries! We’ll teach you everything you need to know through on-the-job training and study—so you’ll be earning while you’re learning.

What you'll be doing?

You’ll be hands-on from day one—supporting our Paintshop, learning real-world repair and paint skills, and working on all kinds of vehicles in a fast-paced workshop.
Study towards your trade qualification while gaining experience in prepping, masking, colour matching, and more.
You won’t just help keep our vehicles in top shape—you’ll be part of bringing them back to life and making them shine like new.
Being part of a team that supports each other, solves problems together, and takes pride in top-quality work.
Keeping our workshop looking good—because a clean and organised space makes all the difference!

Let's talk about you:

A valid driver’s licence (P-Plates or above).
A love of cars and a real passion for the automotive industry.
Someone eager to learn, grow, and become a top-notch Spray Painter.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.
Either already enrolled or keen to start an automotive apprenticeship.
