As an Operations Team Leader at Carma, you won’t be stuck behind a desk – you’ll play an active role in keeping production running smoothly, tackling challenges head-on, and ensuring our cars meet the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Be the go-to person for your team, offering guidance, feedback, and hands-on support, while setting daily targets and keeping everyone motivated and on track
Collaborate with other Team Leaders across operations to optimise workflow, tackle challenges, and find solutions together.
Take full accountability for your area – managing people, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
Implement processes to ensure your team’s output meets Carma’s standards.
Oversee staff training, upskilling, and internal talent development while managing key people processes like 1:1s, leave approvals, timesheets, and feedback
Continuously streamline processes, boost efficiency, and implement best practices – because there’s always a better way!

Okay, let's talk about you:

You have previous team management experience and know how to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
You solve problems by identifying the root cause, creating clear processes, and tracking results to keep improving.
You communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams, keeping everyone connected and working together.
You have a sharp eye for detail and can identify and address challenges quickly and effectively.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You’re comfortable using technology, digital tools, and operational systems
Driver’s Licence – A valid Driver’s Licence is required.
