Are you passionate about diagnostics and love solving challenging automotive puzzles? At Carma, we’re raising the bar in automotive excellence, and we’re looking for a Diagnostic Technician to bring their skills and expertise to our fast-paced, collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing
- Dive into a variety of makes and models, using top-notch diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues with precision.
- Carry out inspections, servicing, and mechanical repairs to ensure every vehicle meets Carma’s high standards.
- Share your knowledge and mentor apprentices, helping to shape the next generation of automotive talent.
- Collaborate with the team to refine processes and boost efficiency—your feedback and ideas will make a difference!
- Keep our workshop in showroom-worthy condition because we take pride in what we do and where we work.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- Experience: At least 3+ years as a qualified Light Vehicle Technician, with bonus points for multi-brand expertise.
- Certified Pro: You’ve got your Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate and maybe even an e-Safety check certification.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and comfortable navigating diagnostic tools and systems.
- Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Team Player: Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Driver’s Licence: A current NSW licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
