What you'll be doing:
- Using expert PDR techniques to remove dents and restore vehicles to their dent-free glory.
- Collaborating with the team and manager to ensure repair expectations are met.
- Advising on panel defects and recommending the best repair approaches.
- Completing high-quality repairs efficiently, ensuring every vehicle meets Carma standards.
- Pitching in with vehicle prep and helping to create a top-notch workshop environment.

- Experience as a PDR Technician and your own kit of tools.
- A love for precision and attention to detail—no dent too small, no corner overlooked!
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality front and center.
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a clean, professional workshop.
- A clean NSW driver’s license.
