Ready to build something from the ground up? We're looking for a hands-on leader to create and run our vehicle wholesale operations—turning raw processes into a well-oiled machine. You'll be on the production floor, setting up workflows, developing standards, and laying the foundation for a high-performing team. If you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the early days and have a knack for continuous improvement (bonus points for Kaizen or lean manufacturing know-how), this is your chance to make a huge impact.

What you'll be doing:

Design and document the entire vehicle wholesale production process—inspections, repairs, photography, detailing, and logistics.
Turn existing know-how into structured workflows that keep things running smoothly.
Keep quality high and costs low by setting clear repair standards and decision-making frameworks.
Lead the charge on getting vehicles prepped and ready for sale, ensuring fast turnaround times.
Build and develop a top-notch team as the department grows.
Work closely with Buying, BizOps, and Sales to get the right amount of cars prepped for tender and contribute to their success rate for sale.
Always be improving—spot inefficiencies, tweak processes, and find smarter ways to work.

What you'll bring:

Experience leading and growing an operational team—automotive experience is a plus!
A proactive mindset—you take initiative and drive ideas forward.
Any experience working with continuous improvement principles (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.) would be beneficial!
Confidence with systems and processes - not just getting your head around them, but suggesting improvements for them to support better.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A current NSW driver’s license (manual and auto).

Please note: This is an onsite position, 5 days per week based in St Peters, Sydney.
