What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of drivers and handover specialists, setting them up for success every day while delivering top-tier customer experiences.
  • Keep the delivery schedule running like clockwork—last-minute traffic delays or a change of plans? You’ll work your magic to keep things on track.
  • Jump in where needed, whether it’s troubleshooting a scheduling hiccup or stepping in for a customer handover—this isn’t just a desk job!
  • Collaborate with teams across Carma, from buying to production, to streamline and improve the delivery process.
  • Use data and reporting to spot opportunities, dig into root causes, and build smarter, more efficient solutions.
  • Inspecting and purchasing customer trade-in cars and other cars that customers' are selling to Carma.

Okay, let's talk about you:

  • Leadership experience managing a customer-facing team and knowing how to bring out their best.
  • A knack for staying organised and solving problems on the fly using data and logic.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service across different channels—phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Confidence with systems and data—whether it’s a POS, CRM, or pulling insights from reports to spot potential roadblocks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Please note, because you’ll be managing an onsite customer-facing team, this is an onsite position, based in our Alexandria, Sydney office 5 days per week.
