Got a knack for keeping the numbers tight and payments flowing smoothly? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join us at Carma for a 12-month FTC. You’ll take ownership on our accounts payable processes, leading a small team of AP specialists to make sure everything runs like a dream for accurate invoices, seamless transactions, and payments on time. If you're all about getting the details right, solving problems, and making things better every day, this is the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Ensure POs and invoices are accurate and everything matches up.
  • Manage payments for buying, payroll, and external transactions on time.
  • Lead and mentor a strong small Accounts Payable team.
  • Oversee the internal credit card process, making sure nothing is missed.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and various reports.
  • Keep procurement-to-pay controls tight while finding ways to make them better.
  • Spot opportunities for smarter processes and help roll out system upgrades.

Okay, let’s talk about you:

  • You've spent at least 4 years in Accounts Payable and know how to lead a team.
  • ERPs are your second nature, and if you’ve worked with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central, even better!
  • You can break down complex ideas and make them simple for anyone to get.
  • You're proactive, tech-savvy, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders is your thing.
Please note, this position is based in our Carma HQ in Alexandria, Sydney on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
