We’re looking for a hands-on, dynamic People Experience (HR) Specialist, who is keen to balance operational execution with projects and process improvement. You’ll work closely with our People Experience Partner to ensure Carma stakeholders across the business are supported in the best way possible!
Responsibilities;
- Lead HR conversations with managers and/or employees
- Support/manage various projects including system implementations, process improvements and training etc
- Support in providing advice on awards and benchmarking
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for the people team
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees’ at Carma, ensuring all employees have a great experience
- Support from an administration perspective where required
About You;
- At least 3 years experience in HR/ People role in a generalist capacity
- Experience within a fast paced business, or a start up environment would be ideal
- A continuous improvement mindset - always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working and taking initiative to action
- Experience working with awards in the workplace, would be highly advantageous
- A self-starter, eager to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in where required
- Experience working with a HRIS system, and any experience in system implementation would be beneficial
- Undergraduate degree in HR, law, business or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
